By using the Service, the Users agrees to the terms of this Policy.

1.3. The Service is intended for the legal review and analysis of contracts using artificial intelligence technologies.
2. Composition of Collected Data
2.1. In the course of using the Service, the Controller processes the following categories of data:
email address (for registration and communication with the Users);
contracts and other documents uploaded by the Users to the Service.
2.2. The Users is solely responsible for the confidentiality, content, and legality of the documents they provide. The Controller is not liable for any data leak or disclosure that occurred due to the Users's fault.
2.3. The following data is also collected automatically:
technical data (IP address, browser and device information);
data on interaction with the Service (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica).
3. Purposes of Data Processing
3.1. Data processing is carried out for the purposes of:
providing access to the Service's functionality;
Users account authentication and support;
storage and analysis of uploaded contracts;
communication, sending notifications and news about the Service;
improving the Service's performance (analytics, statistics, feature development).
4. Legal Basis for Processing
4.1. Personal data is processed on the basis of:
the Users's consent;
the necessity of fulfilling the agreement between the Users and the Controller;
the requirements of applicable law.
5. Data Transfer and Storage
5.1. The Users's data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases where:

it is transferred to contractors and partners for technical support, provided they maintain confidentiality.
5.2. Uploaded documents are stored via a randomly generated link and are accessible exclusively to the Users in their personal account.
6. Users's Responsibility
6.1. The Users undertakes not to upload documents containing personal data of third parties without their consent or legal grounds.
6.2. The Users bears full responsibility for the content and confidentiality of the uploaded documents.
6.3. The Controller is not responsible for the possible consequences of the Users's use of the Service for processing information that is subject to state or commercial secrecy.
7. Users's Rights
7.1. The Users has the right to:
obtain information about their personal data stored by the Controller;
request their correction, update, or deletion;
withdraw consent to data processing;
request a copy of their data in a machine-readable format (GDPR).
8. Data Protection
8.1. The Controller takes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.
8.2. However, the Users understands that no method of data transmission over the internet can be absolutely secure.
9. Cookies and Analytics
9.1. The Service uses cookies and analytical tools (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica) to improve the quality of work and analyze user behavior.
